Lacul de acumulare Bezid este situat la vest de Munții Gurghiu și a Subcarpaților Transilvaniei din România. El este amplasat la altitudinea de 350 m deasupra n.m. având coordonatele geografice 46°25′3″N 24°52′42″E.
